FF: Can't indent a list with one element

Description

In ie6, it's possible to indent a list with only one element, but in firefox that's not possible. I find it very useful to be able to indent the one-element list to change the numbering scheme. We use site-wide css to set the list styles, and being able to indent to skip upper-alpha, for example, is useful for one-offs.

I'm not sure if the bug is that you're able to do the indenting in ie6 or that you can't in FF, but consistent behavior is probably preferred (and I find the ability to indent one element useful).

You're right, consistent behaviour is preferred, so it isn't possible anymore in MSIE to indent a list with only one element (that was a bug), see r627.
