Better visual feedback

I think that in future versions of WYMeditor better visual feedback is needed, hoovertools does some of this, but I think more can be done. What I see missing is some highlighting of the currently "active functions", i.e. to add a class to the em button when you select empathized text. The same goes for other inline elements with corresponding tool bar buttons and classes.

I also think that these features should be enabled by default as they make the editor easier to use, and that the hoovertools status bar maybe should be implemented as a skin feature instead.
